Vice President and General Counsel

The Vice President and General Counsel is broadly responsible for the legal affairs of the organization and serves as legal advisor to the CEO, CFO, and management team, as well as serving as the organization’s Chief Development Officer.

As General Counsel, he negotiates, writes, and execute agreements and contracts, and offer counsel on a variety of legal issues.

As Chief Development Officer, he fosters a culture of philanthropy within the organization; assures that the organization’s culture, systems and procedures support fund development and vice versa; and leads staff and volunteers to institutionalize philanthropy and fund development.
